Surfen dihydrochloride
Category | Herpes simplex Virus (HSV) |
CAS | 5424-37-3 |
Description | Surfen dihydrochloride is a heparin sulfate antagonist that binds to heparins and glycosaminoglycans. Surfen neutralized the anticoagulant activity of both unfractionated and low molecular weight heparins and inhibited enzymatic sulfation and degradation reactions in vitro. It can maintain hESCs in a pluripotent state. |
