In Vitro | Hypericin (0.25-4 μM; 24 h) inhibits the growth of fibroblasts (Fb), melanocytes (Mc), and keratinocytes (Kc). Hypericin (3 μM; 24 h) treatment can induce cells Apoptosis. Result: Showed the LD50 for Fb and Mc at 1.75 μM and 3.5 μM, respectively, and for Kc at a greater dose than 4 μM. |
