In Vitro | Azt-pmap showed anti-HIV-1 activity in C8166 and JM cells of 0.08 and 0.32 μM at EC50s, respectively. Azt-pmap is toxic to both C8166 cells with TC50s and JM cells with 500 μM. Azt-pmap inhibits viral replication. |
