Project Manager

Job Description	We are looking for senior scientists to lead R&D groups focused on small-molecule antiviral research, and candidates are expected to have work experience in relevant CRO, CMO or pharmaceutical company experience.
Responsibilities	Ability to quickly keep up and independently find out new small-molecule drug development solutions Responsible for leading the scientific teams in the design and execution of experiments, data reporting, management and interpretation of complex scientific data, and maintaining complete experimental records Perform experiments and troubleshoot in compliance with all applicable regulatory and safety standards Perfectly organization skills to maintain close collaboration with internal and external teams to complete antiviral drug related studies for clients on schedule Independently apply technical expertise (scientific, drug development) to drive the development and implementation of new and unique concepts, technologies and standards Ability to communicate and deliver project designs and results to clients through conventional language Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and in writing with a diverse group of professionals
Qualifications	Ph.D. or equivalent degree in medical/biological sciences Familiar with the operation of laboratory instruments and knowledge of lab safety protocols, able to maintain laboratory
